"The Ultimate in Dining"

Ultimate Dining has had the most exquisite culinary adventure
in fine dining and experienced classical French cuisine at Cafe'
Margaux in historical Cocoa Village.
Classical French cuisine encompases much more than the
familiar robust plates, distinctive cheeses and sumptuous
pastries that we all know. It is an art; the foods are savored
for what they are and seasoned to enhance, not disguise, their
essential flavor.
At Cafe' Margaux, the elegant candle-lit
dining rooms, rich with tapestries and lavish floral bouquets,
set the stage for transcendent dining highlighted by gracious
service, refined cuisine and superb, surprisingly, reasonably
priced wines. Dignified understatement, metuculous attention to
detail, and dedication to quality make every meal special at this
most special restaurant.
Each dish on the menu resonates with the French tradition:
the preservation of inherent beauty and flavor of the food in its
natural state as typified in the sensational appetizer: crawfish
crowned puff pastry adorned with a hint of dill. Interestingly,
all cuisine is prepared by European chefs at Cafe'
Margaux.
The appetizer was trailed by the artistic Chef Special:
thick, cream-based, subtle garlic soup dusted with fresh ground
black pepper. Next, the unique fresh garden salad combines
colorful select greens tossed with the Cafe' Margaux
house special: Balsamic vinaigrette, topped with tasty toasted
almonds. This is more than just an ordinary salad.
I ordered the evening's entree special: Melange of Fresh
Fish, which is a sophisticated sampling of select fillets each
combined with complementary sauce. This entree featrued Tuna au
poive partnered with peppercorn and fresh caper sauce, Red
Snapper accented with lemon caper buttersauce, and fresh grilled
Grouper, all accompanied with a fresh vegetable trio. You'll love
this sophisticated ingenious fish creation. The delicious dinner
was rounded out with the hard-to-find Louis Latour Chardonnay.
The Cafe' Margaux wine cellar offers top-notch
outstanding premium wines to be found no where else.
The sweet side of Cafe' Margaux displays
classic desserts with a modern twist. The light chocolate cheese
cake laced with Bailey's Irish Cream is served atop a dizzled
tricolored raspberry sauce. They have applied the same artistry,
style and passion to the dessert creations as well as the entire
menu.
Cafe' Margaux is the most romantic French
restaurant in all central Brevard, and guaranteed to offer you
such an evening of culinary artistic specialty you'll want to
return for more.
